Death from Taxes
I did my taxes yesterday. Well, at least most of it done. The issues were:
1. Multiple countries
2. Different Tax years (Jan1-Dec31 for US, and Mar31-Apr1 UK)
3. Closing down my business + business revenues and taxes
4. Foreign bank accounts still active (UK)
5. Pension fund (UK)
6. Having incorrect data from previous PAYE employment. :-(
Took 4 hours all in all, and i’m sure it’s all wrong. I don’t mind paying for taxes if needed, but man, i hate doing them. They say ‘Death and Taxes’, i’m think ‘Death from Taxes’ is more accurate.
